How does the credit system work? Up Down

Every month, credits are renewed based on your plan. Credits you do not use go over to the next month, so you can also use them.

What methods of payment do you accept? Up Down

We accept payments via credit or debit cards only (no PayPal yet, unfortunately).

Can I cancel my subscription? Up Down

Sure, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Please note that your unused credits will expire when you cancel your subscription.

How does tier upgrade or downgrade work? Up Down

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time without losing your credits.

Is your payment service secure? Up Down

Yes. Stripe handles our financial processing, so we don't store any information about your card. In addition, Stripe has excellent bank-level security standards.
